Peter Richmond
MSEE, MBA (2027)
Pete brings more than 20 years of experience in engineering, technology, and organizational leadership, including roles at Hyundai, Ford, and Whirlpool. His career has focused on leading technical teams, developing innovative products, and solving complex business and operational challenges.
Pete has a BS from Purdue University and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, complementing his technical background with advanced business and strategic leadership education. Pete brings an analytical, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving, operational improvement, and long-term growth.
Sara Richmond
MBA, MSEd, SHRM-SCP, CMP
Sara brings more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, human resources, marketing, communications, and organizational development. She has held senior leadership positions at multiple technology companies and now advises organizations on digital business transformation, employee experience, and change management.
Sara holds a BA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Western Michigan University, and a Master's in Counseling from Purdue University. She is also a certified senior HR professional (SHRM-SCP) and change management professional. Her expertise centers on building strong teams, navigating change, and aligning people and strategy to drive business success.
